I'm really happy about this win :) I hope that change truly can happen.

Anyways, onto your question...

Can I sum it up to top 2? Barneys and Bergdorfs. haha. But honestly all of the stores on 5th avenue really put in a solid effort, Barneys is on Madison ave. Bloomingdales is more childish, as well as Saks [at least they were last year] so if you want editorial glamor, go to Bergdorfs and Barneys. If you want fun memories of your childhood, I'm going to go out on a limb and say Saks and Bloomingdales are going to for more of the general public's appreciation of fashion.

I didn't see Macy's or Lord and Taylors windows last year [I'm never in that area] so I don't know if they're worth it or not. Generally Macy's is more tourist friendly and moving parts like Saks. While Lord and Taylor I really have no comment about only because it's been so long. But I will be shooting their windows this year [they go up in a week]

I hope that helps. You'll be able to preview all of them before you get there in the coming weeks from my blog, so all I can say is stay tuned?
